Services for Schools & Community Organizations
Our 24-acre farm can accommodate groups of all sizes and ages, including those with special needs. Our therapeutic riding and equine-assisted learning programs are available for one-time or recurring visits, as well as equine-assisted occupational therapy. We have hosted specialized schools, mainstream schools, community groups, and day camps.

Group Reservations
Our organization creates personalized programs based on group specifications, including the number of participants, visit duration, and activity type. We aim to provide the best possible service and ensure participant enjoyment, so we have outlined our process below.
Begin the Process
To begin the process, please send an email to info@eltrc.org with the following information:

Number of participants

Number of accompanying adults

Ideal date(s) for activity

One-time experience or recurring visits

Duration of visit (2 hours / half-day / full-day)

Mounted or unmounted (groundwork) activity

Full riding lesson / EAL session (45-60 minutes) or farm exploration including short pony ride & animated activities

Would you like our staff to visit with your participants prior the activity?
Please specify if you are looking for equine assisted therapy services (hippotherapy) as we will need additional information on the participants.
Based on the information you provide, our team will build you a quote including a schedule for the proposed activities, the staff who will be onsite, and any other inclusions for your group.
Participation Forms
Once the quote has been approved, the next step is to download and distribute our forms to your participants. Forms must be completed by each participant and submitted to Enfants en Équi-Libre minimum 7 days prior to your planned activity by mail, e-mail or dropped off at the center in person.

Please note: For the physical well-being and safety of the rider, horses, volunteers, instructors and therapists, the maximum weight of any rider must not exceed 160 pounds. Additionally, riders who have had a recent seizure will not be able to participate in mounted( riding) activities unless they have been seizure free for one year (without medication) or six months (with medication). We would be happy to organize unmounted special activities for any participants who are unable to ride.

Plan your visit
The ideal time to plan an activity in our center is from April to October to take advantage of our large property, walking trails, outdoor riding ring and much more! During the winter months, we can accommodate smaller groups in our indoor arena, our heated barn and our lounge.
